Construction Management services for a new comprehensive High School in the Val Verde Unified School District. BCM Group managed all facets of the building, site, and offsite improvements. The project was built on a 60-acre undeveloped parcel in Perris, CA. The High School construction consisted of Administration Building; a Kitchen/Cafeteria Building; Health/Science Building; Multi-Use Building.; Two-Story Classroom and Utility Building and offsite improvements. BCM Group managed 28 prime trade contracts and worked with a team of Consultants, Inspectors, four government agencies, and other cross functional teams. Since the project’s inception, the school was renamed from Southeast High School to Orange Vista High School by approval of the Governing Board.

The project consisted of the modernization of two multi-story buildings plus the Maintenance & Operations center located six blocks from the Education Service Center. All facilities were occupied during the four phases of construction, creating multiple challenges for the project team. The modernization consisted of remodeling 30 bathrooms, new HVAC systems with an integrated Energy Management System, new electrical and lighting systems, new acoustical ceilings, new casework, new windows and storefront systems, new quarry tile lobbies, new elevator equipment & interiors, and new flooring, painting and wall coverings throughout.

Tenant Improvement construction services for an occupied office/commercial building in Ontario, CA. BCM Group managed all facets of the work site. Work completed included electrical, drywall, framing, ceiling tile, flooring, and paint. In addition, BCM Group managed trade contracts to meet woodworking requirements for new cabinetry.
